KAVA’s foundations were laid by a family of engineers, who started the parent company in the year 1960, which was involved into the construction of developing India, including all kinds of government projects under prestigious departments. Enlisted with MCD, CPWD, Northern Railways, NHAI, Delhi Jal Board as class I a (unlimited category) contractors, we have been constructing roads, highways, bridges, road over bridges, road under bridges, subways, hospitals, museums, embassies, and residential towers through the decades.

Karan’s journey in this industry commenced over two decades ago, and since then, he has been instrumental in shaping Delhi and Gurugram’s modern infrastructure. His foray into the industry began with his exposure to his family business, Jia Lall Kishori Lall Pvt Ltd. – Civil Structural Contractors, incorporated in the year 1960, which was involved into the construction of developing India, including all kinds of government projects under prestigious departments. The company then further branched off to private projects in the year 2002, ultimately leading to the birth of KAVA Homes, with the new generation coming in and rapidly outgrowing their targets and activities.

Beyond business, Karan is deeply committed to the social fabric of the region. He actively participates in initiatives that uplift communities and appreciates the importance of giving back to the society that has been integral to the company’s growth.

Government Liaising/Permissions

We work as a single window system and provide complete solutions needed in execution of our projects. This includes getting all necessary permissions from the government and building departments for starting work and getting finalized plans by us approved from Building department, ASI, HUDA, MCD, DDA. Managing all kinds of necessary permissions from private developers, water, electricity, clearances throughout the construction tenure until the completion certificate issued by authorities.

Architects/Designers

We don’t work on a photocopy system (one design fits all concept). We have on our panel a list of the most young, vibrant and experienced architects/interior designers who work together simultaneously to give a best desired result of creating the most unique plans and bring out maximum space. We work together in creating beautiful landmarks designed to fit the needs of every individual, designs that are modernized and up to date.

Complete Civil Construction

We provide complete construction solutions ranging from barricading of the property for safety and no disturbance to the surroundings till the completion and handing over the keys of the said constructed units. We have complete infrastructure and skilled teams dedicated to doing their jobs. We provide both civil and complete finishing construction jobs for the units.

Complete Electrical Jobs

We have a dedicated team who are electrical engineers themselves and know how to deliver complete solutions for electrical jobs, which most people don’t consider important. Besides providing main connections into the unit, we distribute load equally, making no problems later on if the client wants to use maximum load. We provide all ISI approved wires and hardware and look into the needs to give you lighting properly and give you designs for your specific needs.

Plumbing

We have a dedicated team who are electrical engineers themselves and know how to deliver complete solutions for electrical jobs, which most people don’t consider important.
